The Krause Team saved my life and possibly my marriage. My wife and I tried selling our house last year, but we soon realized that in a difficult market, we needed to do some upgrades to sell it quickly.

Dawn and her team came in and suggested what needed to be done to make our house more marketable. This year, our house went under contract 17 days after being listed, and for over 90% of our asking price. But that is just half the story.

We then looked at 20-25 house to find just the right fit, not to mention the dozens that Dawn and her team e-mailed us. What was truly amazing was that Dawn and her staff treated us with the same smile and friendly face showing us house #25 as they did on house #1.
